The County of Los Angeles, Department of Human Resources, is seeking detailed information for an Automated Testing Tool. The tool should support industry-standard encryption protocols, including AES 256 encryption for all data stored at rest and TLS 1.2+ for all data transmitted across networks. The County has approximately 15 internal and 5 external applications that require testing, with around 100 test cases for each application. The testing process is currently entirely manual, and the County is looking to automate it.
