The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) intends to award a six-month extension to the incumbent contractor for Information Technology (IT) Engineering and Operations Support (EOS) services. The requirement encompasses enterprise systems engineering, cloud architecture (MS Azure), cybersecurity, UNIX/Windows system administration, enterprise network support, data storage and backup, and national data center operations at the Denver Federal Center, Lakewood, CO. The extension is necessary to preserve mission-critical support services, avoid operational risk, and provide sufficient time for DOI to complete its enterprise hosting and staffing analysis and determine a long-term sourcing strategy.
• The contract will be for a period of six months from the current period of performance end date.
• The incumbent contractor's personnel possess non-transferable, mission-specific expertise in BLM and DOI architectures, Azure implementations, legacy UNIX configurations, GSS/APSS Authorities to Operate, and security-sensitive Federal environments.
• Interested sources that believe they can meet the requirement are invited to submit a capability statement to the Contracting Officer.
