J--Notice of Intent to Sole Source for JEOL USA, Inc. JSM-IT700HRLV Service Level

The National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL) intends to negotiate and award a purchase order on a sole source basis to JEOL USA, Inc. for the JSM-IT700HRLV Service Level Agreement. This agreement is for the period of September 15, 2026, to September 14, 2027. The reason for the sole source is that JEOL USA, Inc. is the only known source that can provide the required proprietary services to ensure satisfactory operation of the JSM-IT700HRLV equipment. • The service level agreement is for a period of one year. • The agreement is for the JSM-IT700HRLV equipment. • JEOL USA, Inc. is the only known source that can provide the required proprietary services. • Interested parties that believe they can meet the NETL requirement must provide evidence of their capability by July 16, 2026.
