Wastewater System Operation and Maintenance for the Town of Colchester

The Town of Colchester is seeking proposals for wastewater system operation and maintenance services for twelve wastewater pump stations. The scope of work includes providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, and supervision necessary to complete the specified services. The agreement will be for a period of three years, with an annual adjustment in compensation to the contractor based on CPI-U, Northeast Urban, Class B/C (all items). The contractor must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in municipal sewer pump station maintenance and repairs, sufficient staff and equipment to provide year-round 24/7 emergency response within one hour, and meet other requirements as listed in the bid documents. • The scope of work includes pump station preventive maintenance and annual tasks, proactive remote Mission monitoring, retainer for on-call technical response and emergency services, and repairs, incident management, and projects. • The contractor must submit a bid form, bid schedule, certification regarding debarment, suspension, and other responsibility matters, and three references for the bid submission to be deemed complete. • The town reserves the right to reject any "materially unbalanced bid" and to waive any informalities or minor defects or reject any and all bids.
