The City of Vista is seeking bids for the Slurry Seal Project 2026, which involves furnishing all necessary plant, labor, services, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, transportation, utilities, and facilities for the project. The project includes various tasks such as mobilization and demobilization, traffic control, storm water pollution prevention, and erosion control.
