Description
The North Carolina Department of Transportation is seeking qualified contractors to perform an asphalt surface‑treatment project in Lee and Moore Counties. The work involves preserving and rehabilitating existing roadway pavement through treatments such as milling, chip seal, or slurry seal, following NCDOT specifications. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder and will run from early June to the end of November 2026.
• Scope: Asphalt surface preservation on county roads (treatment only, no new construction).
