Description
The University is seeking a vendor to replace the entire lower‑level weight‑room equipment at the Mort Harris Recreation & Fitness Center with new Nautilus‑branded (now Intek‑specified) strength machines, plates, racks, and related accessories, and to add four new pieces in the stretch area. The contract will be awarded as a single package and will include delivery, installation coordination with a third‑party installer, and compliance with detailed insurance and certification requirements.
• Replace all existing non‑Nautilus equipment with new Nautilus/Intek strength machines, plates (urethane and rubber bumper), racks, and accessory storage.
• Provide four additional items for the stretch & tone area.
• Deliver FOB Destination, coordinate installation (Fit Tech, Inc. preferred installer), and meet insurance limits (CGL $1M, Professional Liability $2M, Umbrella $5M, etc.).
• Submit a completed Schedule C cost schedule, non‑collusion affidavit, and three qualified references by the Jan 8, 2026 deadline.
