Georgia State University is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from Mechanical Contracting firms for the project known as Project No. 0007-028-26, Langdale Hall, 2nd Floor, Replace Terminal Units, Lights and Ceilings, Ph IX of X. The project involves replacing the ceiling, lighting, and air distribution systems on the 2nd floor of Langdale Hall. The scope of work includes demolition of existing ceilings, mechanical equipment, and electrical systems, and installation of new ceilings, air distribution systems, and lighting.
