Waste Water Treatment Services

The Army Contracting Command – Letterkenny Contracting Office is seeking information from potential contractors to provide waste water treatment services, including pumping and cleaning of septic tanks, holding tanks, and porta-pots, as well as rental and purchase of porta-pots and mobile trailer units. The services will be performed at Letterkenny Army Depot in Chambersburg, PA. The contractor will be required to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, quality control, and other items necessary to perform the services. The contract will have a base period of 12 months and two 12-month option periods. • The contractor must have experience in providing similar services to government agencies. • The contractor must have the necessary licenses and certifications to operate equipment and vehicles. • The contractor must comply with all federal, state, and local regulations, including environmental and safety regulations. • The contractor must provide a safety and health plan and implement an effective quality control program. • The contractor must have a contract manager who will be the central point of contact with the government.
