15--TANK ASSEMBLY,FUEL,, IN REPAIR/MODIFICATION OF

The U.S. Navy is soliciting a contractor to repair, test, inspect, and return to Ready‑For‑Issue condition a fuel tank assembly (NSN 1670‑014328927). The work includes disassembly, cleaning, component repair or replacement, reassembly, and functional testing in accordance with the latest technical publications and repair manuals. The contractor must provide all labor, facilities, tools, parts, and quality assurance processes; government‑furnished equipment is not provided. The contract requires compliance with ISO 9001/AS9100 quality systems, specific wire standards, and configuration management procedures. Any repairs that exceed 75 % of the production cost are considered Beyond Economic Repair and are excluded from the contract price.
