Description
The United States Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide portable latrine services and handwash stations to locations on Saipan. The contract will be a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with a performance period of 51 days. The contractor will be required to provide all supplies and services in accordance with the attached Statement of Work and Price List. The evaluation of offers will be based on best value, considering factors such as availability of items/service, technical acceptability, and price.
