This solicitation seeks a contractor to perform comprehensive roadway and infrastructure upgrades along the Reading and Summit corridor in Ohio (PID 119753). The scope includes site clearing, demolition of existing curbs and pavement, earthwork, full‑depth and surface‑course asphalt concrete placement, concrete curb and median construction, installation of fiber‑optic and power cabling, traffic‑signal hardware (controllers, luminaires, signal heads, pushbuttons), signage, and temporary erosion‑control measures.
