GSU - Grounds and Landscape (HLC, LRC, COL, & Center Parc)

Georgia State University (on behalf of the Board of Regents) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive grounds‑keeping and landscape services across four campus locations – Hard Labor Creek (HLC), Language Research Center (LRC), College of Law (COL), and Center Parc Stadium. The contract will be awarded on an eRFQ basis, with a one‑year base term and four optional one‑year renewals. Vendors must attend a mandatory pre‑bid site visit on March 19 2026 and submit their quotations by March 31 2026. • Scope includes turf maintenance, mowing, edging, fertilizing, reseeding, aeration, trash/debris removal, shrub and tree pruning, mulching, pine‑straw installation, ground‑cover placement, irrigation services (if applicable), seasonal color beds, and pest control. • Supplier must provide all labor, equipment, approved chemicals, tools, and related materials; must meet insurance, tax‑compliance, E‑Verify, and Georgia security‑immigration requirements. • Minimum qualifications: ≥5 years in business, experience with large‑scale university/college landscaping (≥50 acres), 3‑5 references, and completion of required tax‑compliance and insurance documentation.
