The Blount County Board of Education is seeking a single vendor to supply, deliver, install, and commission a complete new serving‑line system for Hayden Primary School’s cafeteria. The scope includes providing seven specified Delfield ShelleySteel equipment items (tray & utensil stand, hot/cold counter, flat‑top counter, cold‑food flat‑top counter, cashier counter, beverage/utility counter, and two microwave utility counters), removing existing equipment, making necessary electrical and plumbing connections, and training school staff. The contract will be for an initial one‑year term with up to four optional one‑year extensions, and the bidder must meet extensive technical, regulatory, and insurance requirements.
