USNS SALVOR (T-ARS 52) Mid-Term Availability (MTA)

The USNS SALVOR (T-ARS 52) Mid-Term Availability (MTA) is a competitive solicitation for a hybrid contract that includes both Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) and Time and Material (T&M) Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) for the execution of the USNS SALVOR (T-ARS 52) MTA. The period of performance is from 21 April 2027 until 19 June 2027. The place of performance shall be the contractor’s facility located in the U.S. 7th Fleet Area of Responsibility (AOR) with geographical restriction excluding performance in India. • The technical requirements for this availability are detailed within the work item package found in Section J, Attachment J-1. • The Government intends to award a single contract. • The solicitation is governed by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and the Navy Marine Corps Acquisition Regulation Supplement (NMCARS). • Prospective offerors are required to contact the Points of Contact (POC) to coordinate the secure transmittal of documents via DoD SAFE.
