This RFI seeks qualified organizations that can host and operate a donated mid‑energy electron‑beam (eBeam) irradiator for medical device sterilization. PNNL (DOE) will evaluate submissions to select a recipient who will assume full responsibility for regulatory compliance, installation, operation, and ongoing maintenance of the equipment. No monetary award is attached; the value lies in the donation of the irradiator itself.
