Description
The City of Philadelphia is seeking bids for catering services for the LEAP C2L Summer TLA's Program, to be held on June 29th and 30th, 2026, at the Parkway Central Library. The selected vendor will provide catering services for an estimated 100 attendees. The bid must include all delivery costs, and the vendor must operate from licensed commercial facilities.
• The vendor must provide a main menu, beverages, and various bags of chips.
• No pork or pork by-products may be used in any food items, seasonings, or ingredients.
• The vendor must deliver and set up all food no later than 60 minutes prior to the event start time.
• All food must be delivered hot and ready for service.
