Material Testing Services

The City of Wentzville is seeking proposals from qualified firms for material testing services. The selected firm will provide on-call material testing services for the City's capital improvement projects. The services will include testing of soils, compaction, aggregates, asphaltic concrete, cast-in-place concrete, and other materials. The firm will be required to provide all necessary equipment, consultation, installation, service, maintenance, and training to implement the material testing services. The contract will be for a term of one year, with the option to renew for three additional years. • The City anticipates the need for on-call material testing services for its capital improvement projects. • The selected firm will be required to provide a fee schedule and pricing for the services. • The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, or portions thereof, and to waive technicalities or deficiencies in any or all the proposals. • The City will evaluate the proposals based on the evaluation criteria set forth in the RFP, which includes quality and responsiveness of the proposal, ability and capacity of the firm to perform the services, and price.
