Red LAN Sustainment

The U.S. Space Force is conducting market research for the sustainment of the Red LAN system, a secure data processing and distribution enclave used to receive and distribute Space Domain Awareness (SDA) data. The system consists of operational instantiations with redundant strings and requires continuous 24-hour a day receipt, processing, and distribution of data. The sustainment contract tasks include organizational level maintenance, sustaining engineering, anomaly resolution, maintenance data collection, and more. Interested contractors are encouraged to submit a Statement of Capability (SOC) to demonstrate their ability to meet the requirements. • The Red LAN system is an operational platform with Cross Domain Solution (CDS) capabilities for integration and operational testing of sensor mission data at all classification levels. • The system requires sustainment tasks such as organizational level maintenance, sustaining engineering, and anomaly resolution. • The contract also includes tasks such as maintenance data collection, special studies, modifications, and upgrades. • The Government encourages teaming and partnering, especially with small and small disadvantaged businesses.
