NATO Request for Information: Analysis of Alternatives for Allied Future Surveillance and Control (AFSC) Enhanced Air Surveillance (eAirSurv) Capability

The NATO Headquarters Supreme Allied Commander Transformation (HQ SACT) is seeking information from industry, academia, and NATO nations to conduct a current state-of-abilities assessment for commercial solutions to meet NATO's Enhanced Air Surveillance (eAirSurv) capability requirements. The goal is to evaluate existing and emerging capabilities, products, services, technologies, and methodologies that can support the implementation of the eAirSurv Capability Program Plan. The RFI aims to gather information on potential solutions that can provide low-altitude air surveillance, detect, track, classify, and identify Air Objects of Interest (AOI), and enable secure real-time information exchange among constituent elements. • The RFI is not a formal request for proposals, but rather a general request to determine whether any possible solutions exist that should be included in future alternatives. • Respondents are advised that HQ SACT will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in responding to this RFI. • The response should include information on the company's current services, products, and technologies that match the capabilities specified in the RFI. • The response should also include available product brochures, specification sheets, photographs, illustrations, and technical descriptions that describe the company's current services.
