Description
The Department of Corrections (DOC) is soliciting suppliers to submit qualifications for the Industrial Sewing Machines and Parts Invitation to Qualify (ITQ). The purpose of this ITQ is to qualify responsible and responsive contractors to provide industrial sewing machines, parts, and supplies to the PA Department of Corrections. The contract term shall be 5 years. Suppliers must meet certain requirements, including providing a link to their available products, a percentage discount for each commodity code, and documentation showing 5 years of experience supplying sewing-related equipment and supplies. The contract will cover industrial sewing machines, parts, and supplies listed in the supplier's catalog.
