SWR - 2026 - 2028 Unit Price Asphalt and Concrete Restoration Contract

The Snohomish County PUD is seeking a contractor to provide unit price asphalt and concrete restoration services for water infrastructure construction projects from 2026 to 2028. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, equipment, tools, goods, materials, transportation, fuel, and incidentals necessary to complete the work. The contract will include asphalt and concrete saw cutting, asphalt and concrete driveway restoration, and other related tasks. The contractor must be registered on the District's Small Works Roster in the category of Asphalt Paving, Concrete Construction, or Water Main Extensions/Replacements. • The contract is for a period of approximately 2 years, from the notice to proceed date to the end of 2028. • The contractor must respond to the District within two business days for each project assignment and complete each job within the timeframe established by the District. • The contractor must have experience and knowledge necessary to complete the work, including experience in the construction of five similar public works projects in the last five years. • The contract includes various bid items, such as temporary erosion and sediment control, asphalt and concrete saw cutting, and cement concrete driveway restoration. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards, including those related to safety, environmental protection, and labor.
