The project calls for a complete interior renovation of the existing swimming‑pool facility at the Chancellor Avenue Annex school, encompassing demolition, structural concrete work, new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, fire‑alarm integration, and related site improvements.
• Demolition of the existing pool shell, finishes, and associated structural elements.
• Construction of a new reinforced‑concrete pool basin with waterproofing, coping, and deck.
• Installation of new HVAC, de‑humidification, filtration, pumps, and complete plumbing upgrades.
