Description
The Columbia County School District is seeking a qualified plumbing contractor to provide day‑labor services for construction, renovation, remodeling, and maintenance projects across its schools. This indefinite‑delivery contract will be awarded on an hourly‑rate basis, with work orders issued “as needed” throughout the contract period. The contractor must supply labor, supervision, equipment, and transportation, while the District provides materials (reimbursed with a 7.5 % markup when the contractor supplies them). The contract runs for an initial twelve‑month term starting July 1 2026, with the possibility of two one‑year extensions.
