Description
The City of Detroit is seeking qualified vendors to provide demolition services for residential properties. The work includes abatement and demolition of properties, and the city reserves the right to award each group to a different vendor or all groups to one vendor. Vendors must be pre-qualified by the City of Detroit Office of Contracting and Procurement and must comply with the Scope of Services provided. The city will evaluate quotes based on the lowest responsive and responsible bid price, with consideration to local preferences.
• The city will provide a Notice to Proceed for all work or any portion of work included under the Scope of Services.
• Vendors must complete all work within 120 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed.
• The city reserves the right to reject any and all quotes, waive any non-conformity, re-advertise for quotes, or take any other appropriate action.
• Vendors must provide a price sheet, professional rate schedule, and signature page with their quote.
• The city will consider any quote with an incorrect, incomplete, or missing document as non-responsive.
