Description
The US Air Force is seeking information from 8(a)-certified firms for a follow-on Simplified Acquisition of Base Engineering Requirements (SABER) contract at Andersen Air Force Base (AAFB), Guam. The contract will be a Firm-Fixed-Price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) type, with a maximum ceiling of $70M. The scope of work includes a broad range of construction disciplines, such as carpentry, excavation, electrical, plumbing, and more. The contract term will consist of a one-year base ordering period, followed by six one-year option ordering periods.
Key aspects of the job include:
• Providing all labor, equipment, materials, and services necessary to complete the work
• Performing work in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local safety and environmental regulations
• Furnishing performance and payment bonds for each task order
• Completing work within the specified timeframe and budget
• Coordinating with the Government and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
