Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Atlantic Diving Supply, Inc. - Increase ceiling of IDIQ

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) intends to solicit from one responsible source, Atlantic Diving Supply, Inc., for a modification to raise the ceiling on an existing single-award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The contract is for MAMMOTH, a web-based online ordering platform for clothing, personal protective equipment, and tactical supplies for Homeland Security Investigations. • The contract action will be made under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) FAR 6.103-1, FAR Class Deviation 25-11 for FAR Part 6. • The Contracting Officer has determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy Agency requirements. • This notice is for informational purposes only and is not a request for quote (RFQ).
