Budget estimate

$100,000 – $250,000

The budget for this project can be estimated based on the scope of work, which includes significant repairs to an owner-occupied home. The cost of materials and labor for tasks such as bathroom replacement, siding replacement, and interior ceiling repairs can vary widely. However, considering the project's complexity and the requirement for the contractor to meet the New York State Residential Code and the National Electrical Code, a rough estimate for the project's cost could be between $100,000 and $250,000. This estimate takes into account the costs of materials, labor, and permits, as well as the potential for unforeseen expenses.
