Concrete and Masonry Services

Dakota County is seeking quotes from qualified contractors for as-needed concrete and masonry services. The contract will run from February 1, 2026, to December 31, 2027. The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, permits, and equipment required for the completion of the project or repair. The scope of work includes concrete and masonry work, and concrete and masonry repairs, such as flat work, sidewalks, driveways, aprons, curbing, footings, block, brick, and repairing or replacing damaged or existing concrete or masonry. • The contractor must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. • The contractor must provide proof of insurance and maintain insurance coverage throughout the contract period. • The contractor must provide a non-collusion and conflict of interest statement. • The contractor must comply with Dakota County's security requirements, including background checks and identification badges. • The contractor must provide a quotation form with pricing information for labor, materials, and equipment. • The contractor must agree to the terms and conditions of the contract, including payment terms and dispute resolution procedures.
