Description
The Thomas County School District is seeking bids for the interior renovations of Thomas County Middle School. The project consists of architectural, plumbing, electrical, low voltage, and mechanical work associated with an interior renovation of a portion of the campus. The project cost range is approximately $9,800,000. A mandatory prebid conference will be held on November 20, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at Thomas County Middle School. The bid submission deadline is December 3, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. The successful bidder shall begin procuring materials on receipt of the Notice to Proceed, begin demolition and renovation work on May 22, 2026, and shall have the facility ready for occupancy prior to July 31, 2026.
