California DOT is seeking a single vendor to supply, fully assemble, test, and deliver new factory‑built, truck‑mounted guard‑rail installer vehicles. Four (4) complete units are required for delivery to Caltrans equipment shops in Eureka, Marysville, Sylmar, and San Bernardino, with an overall delivery window of 475 calendar days after purchase order issuance. The contract includes all‑inclusive pricing (FOB destination, freight prepaid), a three‑year/45 000‑mile warranty on cab & chassis, a one‑year/15 000‑mile warranty on the guard‑rail machine, and optional options for up to two additional units and a 10 % price reserve for State‑requested upgrades. Bids must be submitted electronically by June 4, 2026 and must include Addendum #1.
