Description
The United States Coast Guard is seeking a contractor to provide repair services for a Rolls-Royce cooler, fluid industrial, used on 45' Response Boat Medium (RBM) vessels. The contractor will be required to provide all labor and materials to perform overhaul services on the cooler, including preliminary disassembly and inspection, replacement of parts, testing, and packaging. The contractor must provide a detailed cost estimate, including the cost of an identical new component, and must guarantee the item against defects for up to two years after delivery.
• The contractor must use new original OEM parts for replacement.
• The contractor must conduct testing, including pressure testing, and provide a test report.
• The contractor must paint the item with primer and finish coats, if applicable.
• The contractor must attach a decal or permanent label with the date of overhaul and location.
• The contractor must provide a warranty for the item.
The Coast Guard reserves the right to provide a Quality Assurance Representative to witness or review any testing.
