Description
The University of Mississippi is seeking bids for the Jackson Avenue Center - Central Esports Relocation project. The project involves the relocation of esports facilities, and bids must be submitted on the form furnished by the architect. A pre-bid conference will be held on April 23, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. in the Large Conference Room of the John W. White Facilities Management Building. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check for at least five percent (5%) of the base bid payable to the University of Mississippi.
• The bid envelope must contain the Contractor's current Certificate of Responsibility Number and the Contractor's License Number.
• Bids must be submitted on the form furnished by the architect.
• The University of Mississippi reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids submitted.
