Ready Mix Concrete Services

The City of Clermont is seeking a contractor to provide ready-mix concrete on an as-needed basis. The contractor will be responsible for delivering various types of ready-mix concrete to support the City's ongoing maintenance, repair, and infrastructure activities. The initial contract term will be for 36 months, with the option to renew for up to three additional 12-month periods. The contractor must have a minimum of three years of experience producing and delivering ready-mix concrete, and must operate a ready-mix plant within a 30-mile radius of the City. • The contractor will be required to provide a variety of concrete mixes, including five-sack, six-sack, and seven-sack mixes, as well as flowable fill. • The contractor will be responsible for delivering the concrete to various locations within the City, and must maintain sufficient capacity to meet the City's requirements. • The contractor will be required to provide proof of insurance and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The City reserves the right to reject any load that does not meet specified requirements, and the contractor will be responsible for removing any rubbish, tools, scaffolding, equipment, and materials that are not the property of the City.
