Description
The US Air Force intends to award a sole source contract to Allen Enterprises, Inc. for the turn-key upgrade of the ADB Safegate Airfield Lighting Control System (ALCS) at Joint Base Charleston. The upgrade includes replacing the legacy 32-bit operating system with a modern 64-bit architecture and installing new managed network switches. The contractor must be certified by the OEM, ADB Safegate, to perform the upgrade. The project has a period of performance of 90 days and requires the contractor to provide all necessary personnel, materials, and services to complete the work.
