Description
The City of Detroit is seeking a pre-qualified supplier for a planned residential demolition project at 12551 Dresden (Garage). The successful vendor will be responsible for demolishing the garage and backfilling the site with material from a Category 2 source approved by the City. The vendor must be pre-qualified for planned residential and/or emergency residential demolition work under the Office of Contracting & Procurement. The project requires the vendor to verify the property information and understand the current conditions that may affect the bid price.
