Vehicle Utility Boxes

The Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles is seeking bids for the purchase and delivery of vehicle utility boxes to be used in Florida Highway Patrol and other Department vehicles. The contract will be for a period of four years with the option to renew for up to four years. The successful bidder will be required to provide the utility boxes, including all brackets and hardware required for proper installation. The Department reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding process. • The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. • The bidder must be authorized to conduct business within the state of Florida and must possess the experience and capability to provide the products and services described in the solicitation. • The bidder must submit a completed price sheet, including unit prices for the initial term and renewal terms. • The bidder must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to forced labor and human trafficking.
