Memorial Electrical Lighting Fixtures

The City of Raleigh is seeking a qualified vendor to install 137 lighting systems in the Memorial Auditorium at the Martin Marietta Center for the Performing Arts. The purpose of the lighting system is to ensure patrons are able to see the areas they are walking at, and to ensure the safety of all employees and patrons. The contractor will begin installation of lighting no earlier than June 1, 2026, with all work completed by September 1, 2026. The company shall install approximately 114 light fixtures utilizing the existing electrical wiring. The contractor must be licensed and certified to use the equipment they are working with. Key aspects of the job include: • Installation of lighting systems • Utilization of existing electrical wiring • Compliance with City of Raleigh electrical codes • Safety protocols and certifications • Coordination with the facility’s maintenance manager • Adherence to business practices and guidelines The City of Raleigh reserves the right to reject any or all proposals for any reason and to waive any informality it deems in its best interest.
