Maintenance Services at Wynkoop Plaza (20% SBE Goal)

The Regional Transportation District is seeking a contractor to provide maintenance services at Wynkoop Plaza, including custodial services, graffiti removal, fountain operation and maintenance, landscape maintenance, and snow removal. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining the plaza and its surrounding areas in an aesthetically pleasing condition for patrons visiting the plaza and the historic Denver Union Station. The scope of work includes: • Custodial services • Graffiti removal • Fountain operation and maintenance • Landscape maintenance • Snow removal The contract will be for a period of 3 years, with two optional 1-year extensions. The contractor must meet a 20% Small Business Enterprise (SBE) participation goal.
