The Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation are seeking qualified contractors to perform mechanical slash‑pile work on three forest units within the San Poil Reservation. Work involves removing brush and non‑merchant trees and scarifying the soil to 50‑70 % to promote natural regeneration or tree planting across a total of 314.7 acres. Contractors must be SAM‑registered, have current liability insurance, and submit sealed bids in person by the deadline. No electronic submissions are accepted. • Three separate contracts (SP‑19‑EXC‑2026, SP‑15‑EXC‑2026, SP‑20‑EXC‑2026) covering 81.4 ac, 71.2 ac, and 162.1 ac respectively. • Scope includes brush removal, non‑merchant tree removal, and scarification to specified percentages for regeneration or planting. • Required documentation: work plan, insurance proof, TERO compliance form, SAM verification, Title 10 certification, and other bid‑packaging items. • All bids are sealed, in‑person, and the lowest bid may not be accepted; the Tribe reserves the right to accept or reject any bid. • Contractors must obtain or already hold TERO certification and a BIA trader license (optional but encouraged).
