Claims Management System

NYSIF is seeking proposals from qualified firms capable of providing Claims Management System, as further described in the Request for Proposals (RFP). The New York State Insurance Fund (NYSIF) seeks proposals from qualified vendors to provide and implement a modern claims processing system to support NYSIF's workers' compensation operations. This procurement aims to replace NYSIF's current complex, legacy claims processing environment with a feature-rich, cloud-based solution that enhances operational efficiency, improves customer service, and ensures compliance with New York State requirements. NYSIF anticipates awarding a single contract. The solicitation document may be obtained from NYSIF’s Procurement website at www.nysif.com/procurement. Failure to include this information in your proposal may result in the proposal being deemed non-responsive. Proposals from responsible bidders are due 12/8/26 by 2:00 p.m. EST. The calendar of events is detailed in the RFP. Intent to Bid submissions are due 9/23/26 10/14/2026 by 2:00 p.m. EST. Only vendors who submit a completed Intent to Bid Certification Document by the established Intent to Bid deadline are allowed to submit a proposal. Pursuant to State Finance Law § 139-j and § 139-k, this solicitation includes and imposes certain restrictions on communications between NYSIF personnel and a prospective bidder during the procurement process.
