RFI: Integration of Advanced Medium Mobile Power Sources (AMMPS) Kits Amendment 3

The Department of the Army is conducting market research to identify sources capable of integrating Advanced Medium Mobile Power Sources (AMMPS) Kits onto either the 1-ton Light Tactical Trailer Heavy Chassis (LTT-HC) or the 2.5-ton M200A1 trailer. The Government owns the competitive Technical Data Package (TDP) for this integration, which will be provided as Government Furnished Information (GFI) under subsequent competitive action. The scope of work includes all efforts required to procure/fabricate mounting hardware, cabling, perform mechanical and electrical integration, and test the final system. • The integration must meet standard military requirements for environmental durability. • The final integrated system must be capable of being safely towed on primary and secondary roads. • Respondents are invited to submit a capability statement that addresses the questions in the RFI. • The RFI is for informational and planning purposes only and does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future.
