Description
A contractor has been selected, via a discretionary purchase solicitation, to complete the following scope of services: Inspection and assessment of the condition of selected segments of the conduit leased to New York State Urban Development Corporation d/b/a/ Empire State Development ("ESD") by the New York State Thruway Authority ("NYSTA").
