The Franklin County Municipal Court Clerk is seeking bids to provide a one‑year hardware and software support maintenance contract for four Dell PowerEdge M640 blade servers. The contract requires Dell‑certified on‑site service with a 4‑hour mission‑critical response for two units and 24/7 technical support for the other two, covering parts, labor, travel, software upgrades, and shipping. Only Dell (the OEM) may fulfill the service, and all costs must be included in a single bid. The work will be performed at the Court’s Office of Information Services in Columbus, Ohio, and must meet strict SLA requirements (4‑hour on‑site arrival, 30‑minute confirmation call).
• Provide ProSupport Plus Mission‑Critical service (4‑hour on‑site) for 2 PowerEdge M640 servers (Part #815‑0845).
• Provide 24/7 hardware/software technical support for 2 PowerEdge M640 servers (Part #815‑0862).
• All maintenance must be performed by Dell‑certified technicians using Dell‑certified parts; shipping and handling are prepaid and FOB‑inside.
• Contract term runs from 5 July 2026 through 6 May 2027 (≈1 year).
• Vendor must be an authorized Dell partner; no other vendors are eligible.
