Description
The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet is seeking a contractor to provide engineering training to its employees. The training should cover a range of topics, including MicroStation CONNECT, OpenRoads Designer, and roadside design. The contractor should be able to provide training at a KYTC facility, their own facility in Kentucky, or a conference-type facility. The contractor will be evaluated based on their technical proposal, cost proposal, and oral presentation.
