The Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound (FLCPS) is seeking quotes for Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) MacGregor USA Inc replacement anchor windlass parts for the ship's installed anchor windlass system onboard the USNS Amelia Earhart (T-AKE-6). The parts are required to ensure safe operation under rated loads.
• The requirement is sole sourced to MacGregor USA Inc due to proprietary design data and manufacturing controls.
• The contract will be a firm-fixed-price supply-type purchase order.
• The Government will evaluate quotes based on technical, past performance, and price factors.
• The anticipated award date is approximately two weeks following the solicitation closing due date.
• The contractor must provide DoD unique identification or a DoD recognized unique identification equivalent for the items.
• The contractor must comply with the packaging and marking requirements specified in the contract.
