Description
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking a contractor to perform repairs on Building 30 Greenhouse. The scope of work includes repairing or replacing vent wall components, motors, and drive assemblies. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in the solicitation. A site visit was held on June 17 and 18, 2026, to provide contractors with the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the site.
• The contractor must register for the site visit by emailing the Contracting Officer by June 16, 2026.
• The contractor must submit all questions regarding the solicitation in writing to the Contracting Officer by June 25, 2026.
• The contractor must provide a quote that includes all costs associated with the repair work, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• The contractor must ensure that all work is completed in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in the solicitation.
• The contractor must provide a contract-specific QA/QC plan.
