24-25 Tank Site Improvements

The Truckee Meadows Water Authority (TMWA) is accepting sealed bids for the site improvements to 3 water tank sites. The project includes regrading the ring road, regrading access road, over excavating unsuitable soil and base, installing new base, installing new pavement, installing new curb and gutter, installing storm drain improvements, installing new access fence gates, and repairing fence as necessary. The Engineer's estimate for the project is between $832,500 and $1,017,500. • The project is deemed a Horizontal Construction Project • The bid submission deadline is 11/12/2025 02:00:00 PM (PT) • Questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted through the Questions Tab no later than three (3) business days before the Bid Opening • The Bid Tab and Recommendation for Award will be posted online as soon as is practicable and available to the public for viewing
