Description
The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation is seeking bids for the rehabilitation of one home located in Delaware County. The work includes carpentry, roofing, sheetmetal and gutters, and site work, and must be completed within 7 working days. The successful bidder will be obligated to comply with Tribal rules and regulations and TERO.
• The bidder must provide proof of current certification from the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office (TERO) to receive preference.
• The bidder must complete the Mandatory Bid Response sheet and the Work Write Up.
• The bidder must agree to the terms and conditions of the contract, including the payment of liquidated damages for any delays.
• The bidder must provide insurance certificates and comply with the insurance requirements.
• The bidder must warranty their work against faulty materials or workmanship for a period of one year.
