Description
Anne Arundel Community College is seeking proposals from experienced executive search firms to support the recruitment process for its next President. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to engage a qualified firm to assist the Board of Trustees in identifying, evaluating, and attracting top-tier candidates for the position, in alignment with the scope of work and requirements outlined in this RFP. The selected firm will be responsible for providing presidential search consulting services, including identifying and evaluating candidates, and assisting the Board of Trustees in making a final selection.

• The firm will be expected to provide a comprehensive search process, including advertising, recruiting, and evaluating candidates
• The firm will be required to provide a written report of their findings and recommendations to the Board of Trustees
• The firm will be expected to maintain confidentiality throughout the search process
